01 / MORE THAN A SCHOOL

One campus.
An ecosystem
of possibilities.

A community takes root where families can imagine their future.

HPL Schools brings children, parents, educators and their environment together. An educational anchor for a residential development and a meeting place for the wider community.

For developers, it is an opportunity to make education part of the vision for a place to live. For families, it means meaningful learning close to home.

01

Connection

Relationships that support learning and belonging.

02

Growth

Intellectual, emotional and social development.

03

Transformation

Curiosity that becomes action.

THE HPL WORLD / THE INTELLIGENCE OF NATURE

Nature shows us
how to grow together.

Fungi, Water, Insect colonies, Leaf and Dragonfly are HPL’s five visual families. Each connects a structure found in nature with the school’s values: connection, growth and transformation.

Biomimicry inspires the identity, spaces and materials. The T4HPL methodology guides learning experiences. Together, they give coherence to how the school looks, feels and works.

01Fungi

MYCELIUM / CONNECTION / RESILIENCE

The network that supports us.

The fine network of mycelium is a metaphor for the bonds between children, educators and families. Individual growth is supported by a community that shares ideas, resources and experiences.

Within the HPL world, these connections appear in learning materials and in spaces that bring people together.

WATER / ADAPTABILITY / BALANCE

Being shapes doing.

Water takes many forms and sustains life. In HPL’s philosophy, it expresses the belief that our state of being shapes our actions. Learning grows through balance, intuition and openness.

COLONIES / COOPERATION / COLLECTIVE EFFORT

Community is built together.

The structures of insect colonies inspire community and collective contribution. Each part supports the whole, and relationships strengthen the educational ecosystem.

LEAF / NETWORKS / GROWTH

Knowledge flows. Growth continues.

THE HPL EDUCATIONAL KIT

School readiness
starts with child development.

Created by Olimpia Mesa, the HPL educational kit brings together 375 pictograms for parents, nannies and educators. It focuses on holistic development and the executive functions that support learning.

The tools help create a shared language between children and the adults supporting their development.

FIVE VISUAL FAMILIES / ONE SHARED IDENTITY

Belonging, with room for individuality.

The proposed clothing collection expresses HPL’s mission through five nature themes, relaxed silhouettes and harmonious colours. A flexible approach to belonging leaves room for individual differences.

02 / HOW PEOPLE LEARN

Learning follows
the nature of the child.

Founded by Olimpia Mesa, HPL Schools draws on “How People Learn” and the T4HPL methodology: meaningful experiences, movement, connection and emotional engagement.

Exploration. Relationships. The joy of discovery.

From kindergarten
to a Learning Hub.

The proposed model connects kindergarten, primary, middle and high school in one coherent journey, with a phased development plan for each campus.

A connected curriculum

The educational model combines the Romanian national curriculum with an international perspective and bilingual learning.

06 / A MODEL THAT CAN GROW

Local roots.
A vision that
reaches further.

The first campus is conceived as a prototype for a network of HPL schools. The franchise carries the identity and educational model, while HPL operational management turns them into a coherent experience.

Every new location begins with its own analysis: community, demand, space, investment and development stages.
